- About White Fox Digital
Our Story.
I built White Fox because I was tired of watching good businesses get burned by bad agencies.
I’m Atif Shafqat founder of White Fox Digital, and the person you’ll be talking to if you decide to work with us.

- 01 / The founder’s note
Why this exists
I’m Atif Shafqat, and I’m the founder of White Fox Digital. I’ll be straight with you about what I do here, because at this price point you deserve honesty.
I’m not the person who’ll be running your ad account. I never have been, and I won’t pretend otherwise. What I do is build companies and White Fox is the one I’ve put my time, capital and conviction into, because I saw a gap in the UK market that nobody was filling the way I thought it should be filled.
The gap was simple. UK businesses were paying serious retainers to agencies that took no risk on the outcome. I knew there was a better model performance-based, lean, senior, with the operational talent based where the operational talent actually is. And I knew it would only work if exceptional people were running it. So I built the company around exactly that principle: hire senior operators who are far better at this than I am, partner with the best specialist agencies in the UK and Lahore, and design a commercial structure that only pays out when our clients have already won.
My job, and I take it seriously, is to make sure White Fox stays the company I designed it to be. That means recruiting and retaining the senior team you’ll find on our team page (they’re the people who do the actual work, and they do it brilliantly). It means maintaining a partner network of UK and Lahore agencies vetted across years of working together. And it means holding the commercial discipline that makes the performance-based model function at all turning down clients who aren’t right for it, capping how many accounts we run at any one time, and only invoicing when there’s real revenue to invoice against.
The work itself sits with people who are better at it than I am. I think that’s exactly how a serious company should be built.
- A note on Mohammed
One last thing before we move on. White Fox exists because of Mohammed, the senior partner whose backing launched the early foundations of this business. Mohammed spent many years in the UK before returning to Pakistan with the intent to invest in something built to do real work, over the long term. He’s deliberately a silent partner you won’t see him on calls, he doesn’t run the day-to-day, and that’s by his own design but the company wouldn’t exist without him, and acknowledging that matters to me.
- 02 / Five convictions
What I’ve come to believe from building this company
I’m not the practitioner. But I’ve spent 5 years building this business, sitting in on hundreds of campaign reviews, and watching the patterns of what works and what doesn’t across the accounts our team has run. Here’s what I’ve come to believe.
The offer matters more than the ad
Most failed campaigns I’ve watched weren’t a creative problem or a targeting problem. They were an offer problem. If your pricing, guarantee and positioning aren’t doing the persuading, no ad in the world is going to rescue you. That’s why our team rebuilds the offer first, every time, before they spend a pound.
Creative is the lever that still rewards craft
Almost every other variable in Meta targeting, bidding, audience-building has been automated. The one thing the algorithm can’t generate for you is genuinely compelling creative, in volume. Every successful client we’ve taken from break-even to scale has done it on the back of a creative engine that produced more, varied, and audience-specific work than the competition. That’s why we built the team we did.
Attribution is mostly theatre
Most “attribution” tools are dressed-up storytelling. The only attribution that matters at the end of the year is the one your bookkeeper would recognise: did revenue go up, by how much, and was it more than we spent. Everything else is a dashboard designed to make somebody feel comfortable about a number. We report the real numbers, agreed and verified.
Small senior teams beat large junior ones
Always have, always will. Most agencies grow headcount because that’s how agencies make money. We’ve stayed small because that’s how performance-based work makes sense. There’s no middle path between the two that I’ve seen actually work, and I’ve looked.
If you don’t carry risk, you don’t optimise hard enough
This one is personal. The reason our work has to be good isn’t because we’re cleverer than other agencies it’s because we have no choice. If we don’t perform, we don’t get paid. That kind of pressure produces a quality of work that retainer-funded agencies simply don’t generate. I designed the model that way on purpose.
- 03 / Who does what
Where I sit, and where the team sits
Here’s how the seniority actually breaks down on a White Fox engagement, so you know exactly what to expect.
First conversation
Right fit, both ways?
Commercial terms agreed
Engagement agreement signed
Day-to-day work
Strategy, creative, paid media operation, landing pages, analytics.
Strategic checkpoints
Quarterly reviews, expansion conversations.
I’m at the table for the first conversation, where we figure out whether you’re the right fit for our model and we’re the right fit for yours. I’m there when commercial terms are being agreed, and when the engagement agreement gets signed. From that point, the senior team takes the day-to-day work strategy, creative, paid media operation, landing pages, analytics all of it. You’ll see me again at strategic checkpoints: quarterly reviews, expansion conversations, anything with commercial weight or directional consequence.
The division of labour is deliberate. The people running your account are better at running it than I am, and I’d rather they spend their time doing that than briefing me on it. If a question comes up that needs founder-level decision-making commercial restructuring, direction-setting, anything you’d want me on personally I’m one message away.
For the technical, creative and operational work the stuff that actually moves the numbers you’re in the hands of people who do this for a living and have done for years. You’ll meet them by name, you’ll work with them every week, and they’re who I’d want on my account if I were in your seat.
- 04 / The right fit
The kind of business I’m actually trying to help
I’m not interested in working with everyone. I’m interested in working with UK business owners who:
Have built something real, and are stuck somewhere between “it works” and “it scales.”
Have margins that can support proper paid acquisition, and the operational backbone to handle a sharp jump in demand.
Are tired of being lied to by agencies and want a partner who’ll tell them the truth, including when the truth is “we don’t think we can help you.”
Are willing to make decisions quickly and act on them.
If that’s you, I’d genuinely like to talk. If it’s not, I’d rather we both find that out on a 45-minute call than two months into a contract.
If you’ve read this far, you’re probably the kind of person we’d like to work with.
The next step is a 45-minute Revenue Audit call. It’s free. You’ll be on the call with me and our Head of Strategy & Paid Media he does the technical audit, I handle the commercial side. We’ll look at your funnel, your offer and your numbers together, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we think we can grow you and roughly by how much. If we don’t think we can, we’ll say so on the call and point you somewhere useful. No pitch deck. No follow-up sequence. No chase emails.
